I paint portraits of pets and people generally by using photographs.  I can combine a couple of different photographs and change backgrounds and colors so don't worry if the photo isn't perfect. Any project can be completely customized.  

Non-portraits can usually be rendered using a few brainstorming sessions.  

So how does the process work?

• Send me a message letting me know what you might be interested in, and send me some photos by email. The more pictures the better.

• If you have an idea of something that is not in the gallery or price list, just send me a message. It doesn't hurt to ask.

• We may talk back and forth a few times to work out the details of the painting until the idea is to your satisfaction. Special requests will be worked out at this time.

• Once the painting is underway, I will send an image of the painting by email for your approval. At this point changes can still be made. Your satisfaction is my main concern.

• When you approve the finished product, we can arrange for delivery. I live in the Syracuse area and can deliver the painting in person within reason. If meeting is not feasible, the painting can be shipped for an additional fee.
